Facebook will no longer look like this: The iconic logo goes to history

Rumours that were circulating for some time have become true: Facebook opting for re-branding.

The company presented a new corporate logo and brand strategy, which it believes will separate more distinctively Facebook as a company from its individual apps.

There is nothing much to say about the logo – it is only the word “Facebook” written in a more novel font. However, the new style theoretically highlights more clearly the ownership in situations when the “from facebook” label is visible on the products such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus, etc.

The Facebook app will keep its own branding, despite the new style. The new visual design is expected to appear in the next several weeks.
