In addition to statistics per region, a deeper-insight analysis was presented for 24 largest economies in the world: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the UK and the USA.

The survey results show that there are more than 4.66 billion Internet users worldwide, accounting for 59.5% of the global population, or 7.3% more than in 2020.

As expected, a growing number of SoMe users access them vi mobile devices, with an increase of 1.8% against 2020.
