Hootsuite published a list of social media trends for 2021.

They say that this year, social media will help many companies improve user experience and build better relations with consumers.

While companies are struggling to compensate for the lost profit, some of them are turning to SoMe in order to accomplish two key objectives:

1. Urgent return of investment (ROI);
2. Building of innovative digital experience ensuring customer loyalty and strengthening of brand connection with target group.

In 2020, the use of SoMe rose drastically, but this year will show who really leveraged the quarantine and isolation period for progress in the digital sphere.

There are more and more ads, and only creative, original and different content will manage to break the wall of users’ indifference.
