In the first three quarters of this year, Uber recorded a loss of USD5.8 bn, due to the negative effect of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the company hopes that it will manage to record profit next year, the CNN reports.

Uber’s revenue in Q3 was USD3.1 bn, or 18% less y-o-y.

A day after the presidential election in the USA, the company’s share value jumped by nearly 15%.
